February Stamp Club 2013

The card, above, was my demonstration.  Just take 1/2" pieces of DSP and attach to a piece of 3 x 3 card stock.  It's a great way to use up those little scraps!

This next card, above, was first scored at 1 1/2" with the diagonal plate on the Simply Scored.  We used Circle Circus.  The finishing touch was a little circle with the gold Stampin' Dazzle pen!

The Happy Hello Simply Sent Card Kit was changed a little to make both of these cards (above and below).  You can always make the card as-is when you buy a kit.  Or, you can use the materials and make your own special design!

The stamp-a-ma-jig made stem and flower placement much easier on the card, below.  It's an extra step, but your image gets stamped right where you want it!

Part of the hostess gift, below, was a box made with the Happy Hello Simply Sent Card Kit.  Find the tutorial at www.barbstamps.com.   Click on Barb's videos to find it!

Cindy's party, February 2013

A wheel, a spritzer, and some Sale-A-Bration items!  This was a fun card to demonstrate!

The card (above) was a make-n-take.  The vellum card stock gives the background a muted look.

I used the same wheel on this card (above) as I did on the other card I demonstrated.  The wheel has an edge to it and I didn't want that to show.  So, I wheeled off the edge of the card stock and covered the center with some card stock!

This quick and easy card uses lots of Sale-A-Bration items!  There's DSP, a stamp set, and a punch.  It's hard to choose which Sale-A-Bration item to get first!

Stamping Fun Night January 2013

Stamping Fun Night was a cold, snowy night, but the ones that braved the cold and snow had a lot of fun!  We made one of the cards (above).  This idea was 100% CASEed from stampinpretty.com/  Each card uses the same materials, the stampers just had to choose their design.  I love a simple, beautiful card!

The next card (above) was a demonstration.  There are no stamps or inks (weird!!).  Just emboss the image 2x on the Not Quite Navy, and use the way-cool lace tape from the Spring Catalog in the center.  Some bling finishes it up!

We made the bicycle card (below) as the second make-n-take.  It's the Ronald McDonald House set and the ribbon/button pack from the Sale-A-Bration brochure.  Don't forget some background with the Color Spritzer Tool and a Tangerine Tango marker.  The same design gets a different look when you use blue and a sailboat!

Happy Stamping!  Stay warm!
