This simple technique is called Sponged Circle. We used a mask with a circle punched out of the middle. Then we inked up a sponged and applied the ink in a circular motion, leaving a little white accent in the center.

The Tailored Tag punch is a great way to make a background! We attached the punched tags to a piece of Multipurpose Adhesive. We didn't pull off the backing (because all of the pieces would be separate then!). We attached it all to Whisper White card stock.
