TIPS:

-Attach the Tear & Tape to the card stock and add Gilded Leafing.  Rub excess off with finger.

-You can also make the pop-out circle with 2 circle punches (retired).  Punch the small circle, then punch with the larger circle.

TIPS:

-Flip over the paper and rub on scrap paper after you add ink.  It will remove the ink from the dots and stop it from smearing.

-Use Staz On ink if you don’t want the dots to show through the word as much.

-Clean the leaf stamp after you “rock-n-roll”.

TIPS:

-Before attaching masking paper to the card stock, stick it to the back of your hand to remove a layer of adhesive.  Otherwise, pressure from the blending brushes will make it stick too tight.

-Use a Blending Brush to add color to the edge of the inside card stock.

-Use the silicone pad so the masking paper can hold down the card stock (and not stick to the scrap paper!).

TIPS-

-Run the die through the Cut & Emboss Machine forward and then backward, so the little squares pop out more easily.

-Color the Jewels with a Sharpie marker, or other permanent marker.

-Add just a little ink with the Blending Brush.  Then add more color until it has the look you want.

-If the die slides around on your card stock while you are cutting it, secure it with a sticky note.

TIP:

After you add the embossing powder to the images stamped on the vellum, take a small paintbrush and remove any extra specks of embossing powder.  The embossing powder likes to cling to the vellum!

TIPS:

-Cut the Sahara Sand card base (4 ¼ x 11).  Then score at 2 ¾ & 8 ¼.

-The Designer Paper pieces are 1 7/8 x 2 ½.

-You can tape the Designer Paper together first, and then attach to the Early Espresso if you want.

-Remember to only put adhesive on the top of the front piece!
