Christmas Stamp-A-Stack October 2013

 The Christmas Stamp-A-Stack will be held on Thursday, October 10th from 6-8 pm.  The cost is $17.  You must register/pay no later than Tuesday, October 8th.  The early bird special is $15 if you register/pay on or before October 4th.  You will make 1 of the Holly Jolly card, above.

 You will make 3 of the tree card, above.

 You will make 3 of the HO-HO-HO card, above.

You will make 3 of the Santa card, above.

September 2013 Stamping Fun Night

 The birthday card, above, is quick and easy.  The candle is washi tape!  Make the flame with a circle punch.  Punch a circle, then punch a small "flame" piece from the circle (using the circle punch!).

The Thank You card, above, has a watercolor background.  Then we stamped on top of that. A little Encore Gold was sponged on the Always Artichoke and on the leaf.  The fancy black borders are from the Thankful Tablescape kit.


We also looked at a few projects from the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit in the Holiday catalog.  It was a fun night of stamping!

Stamping Fun Night July 2013

 It was a small group at Stamping Fun Night, but we had fun and enjoyed a little stamping escape-from-the-world!  I made the bag, above, with the Tag a Bag Gift Bags and Tag a Bag Accessories Kit (plus the butterflies, words, and blue ribbon).  These Tag a Bag items make dressing up a gift a cinch!  Find it on page 158.

 The first make-n-take used the Hello, Lovely stamp set, as well as rhinestones and the newest In Colors.  We just made one card each.  My designs were a starting point to get our brains thinking about how we can make quick and easy cards with just one stamp set.  We used the notecards and envelopes (page 162) as our base.

The other make-n-take was CASEed from stampinpretty.com.  It's a great way to use scraps.  AND the card on the left is masculine!  Any colors, shapes, sizes, etc would work for this idea.

We also looked at a Paper Pumpkin kit.  From now until the end of August the kits are just $10/month for the first 2 months (regular price $19.95)!  Order yours by the 10th of the month to receive that month's kit.  Shipping is FREE!  I can't wait for the red box to appear in my mailbox each month!  Watch for info about a Paper Pumpkin Club coming soon!

Jonnee's Party- June 2013

 This card was the first demonstration.  Mosaic Madness was the stamp set used.  Chocolate Chip, Always Artichoke, and Night of Navy are always a great combination!

Wildflower Meadow is the background, and Banner Greetings (a hostess set) were used to make this card.  The Primrose Petals and Pink Pirouette card stock are a great combination!

 This make-n-take used the A Round Array and Lacy and Lovely stamp sets.  The colors are Baked Brown Sugar and Bermuda Bay.  I love the new Baked Brown Sugar ribbon!!

We embossed the words of this make-n-take.  It's a quick and easy card using the Chalk Talk stamp set.  The Daffodil Delight is a great contrast with the Basic Black.  This card also looks great using the Wildflower Meadow stamp!
