I hope you had fun at the SU Facebook party if you were able to attend! A virtual party is a great way to have a stamping get-together while we stay Safer at Home (or anytime!)!
Sponging is a great technique!
When I need just a little something to finish a card, some sponging often is the answer!
Here are 2 quick and easy sponging techniques.

stamps-Colorful Season
ink-Early Espresso
paper-Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Bird Ballad Designer Paper
accessories- 1 1/2" circle punch, Christmas Bulb Builder punch, Gold Faceted Gems, dimensional
Stamp the circle with Early Espresso ink and one of the flower center stamps. Put adhesive on the back of the circle. Punch out approximately 16 bulb shapes. Use any yellow designer paper or card stock. Attach them to the circle on each side (at 12-3-6-9), then inbetween each "petal" until it is filled in. Use more adhesive as needed to make the petals stick. Attach to the card with dimensionals.
The last time I looked, the Christmas Bulb Builder punch was still available AND it was on sale!!

TIPS:
-Use a hole punch on each side of the words so you can slip the ribbon behind the words.
-To get a lighter fern image, ink up the stamp and then stamp on scrap paper before stamping on the vanilla card stock.
