A bright and cheery card to brighten up a snowy February day! I was going for a tie-dye-ish look, but without the circles. :)
The card base is regular size, but the part that opens is smaller! I added a little fringe with the Tangerine Tango.

TIP:
-Cut
the “silver and black” specialty paper at an angle (corner to corner). Use temporary tape (or a post-it note) to hold together and cut
at the other angle (corner to corner).
