May 2015 Stamping Fun Night
Daydream Medallions and Chalk Talk...What a great combination of images for this card! These will both be retiring soon, along with the Baked Brown Sugar card stock. The Floral Frames Framelits are here to stay, and make a beautiful design around the stamped image!
The Bunny from Happy Easter Bunny in the Occasions catalog can easily go on his own as a fun dancing bunny! The Chalk Marker makes the teeth and tail pop.
The Bloom with Hope stamp set is leaving soon. It's a hostess set, so if you don't have it, you need to party before the end of May! We used the spritzer filled with rubbing alcohol and 10 drops of Baked Brown Sugar reinker.
This pinwheel fun fold is easy to make, and fits in a medium envelope! Find a fabulous tutorial video at DOstamping.typepad.com.
It was a fun evening of stamping!
Remember to check out the retiring list and get your order in my June 2nd! Contact me to order, or order online at www.patricepierce.stampinup.net.
SAVE THE DATE!!
The New Catalog Workshop will be held on Sunday, May 31st and Monday, June 1st. More info coming soon!
Happy Stamping!

April 2015 Stamping Fun Night
I demonstrated this Mr. & Mrs. card using Label Love (retiring) and the Artisan Label punch (also retiring). The Fancy Foil Designer Vellum and Silver Foil sheets make this quick and easy card really pop!
I am trying to have us make at least one masculine card at every party, and the bird from the Moon Lake stamp set was a great set, yet again, for a masculine card! The words are from Work of Art. That set, as well as the Adventure Bound DSP, are both in the Occasions catalog.
Get Mom the perfect gift, and then add a cute gift card to let her know how much you love her! The Pistachio Pudding card stock is one of the 2013-2015 InColors that will not be available after June 2nd. It's so pretty with the Gold Soiree DSP (also retiring on June 1st!). We made our own envelope with the Envelope Punch Board!
An octopus might not really be this color, but it probably wouldn't have such a cute smile either! :) This bright and cheery card was just what we needed after some snow this past week! The other soon-to-be-gone 2013-2015 InColors are highlighted here (Strawberry Slush, Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, and Crisp Cantaloupe).
It was a fun night of stamping and visiting!
Happy Stamping!

Stamp Club March 2015
The Lotus Blossom was stamped with StazOn jet black, Smoky Slate, and Pink Pirouette, with a Pear Pizzazz stem. The Fancy Foil Designer Vellum looks great behind it! And I love the way the Mini Brads pull it all together! This was the demo card for the night.
We used Chalkboard paper and Yellow Citrus chalk ink for the background. A little Hello Honey card stock and ribbon makes this card just right for any birthday! Punches: 2" circle, 1 3/4" circle, and Artisan Label.
This card idea was borrowed from an idea I saw on Stamp With Brian. The You Brighten My Day set can be yours for FREE if you order $50+ before March 31, 2015!! The card base is Marina Mist. The Soft Sky and Wisteria Wonder are both 1 3/4" x 5" (plus 2 arrows). To line up the arrows/houses: Cut a 3/4" x 5 1/2" strip of Marina Mist card stock. Attach the houses and Soft Sky arrows along the bottom, lining up the bottom of the arrow/roof with the bottom of the paper. Attach the other arrows and snips off the extra card stock on the ends. The What's Up punch is the perfect size to punch out those houses. Love it!
This quick and easy card idea was inspired from a Stampin' Pretty post a few weeks back. Stamp the words of your choice from Label Love and punch out with the Artisan Label punch. Attach it to a 2" circle of Smoky Slate, add some candy dots (Regals), a little Adventure Bound DSP (in the Occasionas catalog). The Island Indigo ink looks great with this paper!
Thanks, Kim, for hosting a fun evening of stamping!!
Happy Stamping!

March 2015 Stamping Fun Night
This card uses the Moon Lake stamp set found in the Occasions catalog. I love how I can make manly cards with this set, but it's also great for my fabulous female friends! We colored the bird with Blender Pens and these colors: Soft Suede, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, and Calypso Coral. The DSP is a FREE Sale-A-Bration choice. Get it for FREE with each $50 order until the end of March!
The Lotus Blossom photopolymer set is also a FREE Sale-A-Bration choice with a $50 order. It's sooo pretty!! The card stock is Rose Red, Whisper White, and Blushing Bride. Here's how I stamped the flower:
-Stamp flower #1 with Rose Red. Stamp off once before stamping on your white card stock.
-Stamp flower #2 with Blushing Bride.
-Stamp flower #3 with Blushing Bride. Stamp off once before stamping on your white card stock.
I had the "arrow" part of the flower stamps pointing directly to the top of the card stock.
It may take a little practice to get used to doing this 3-step stamp, but it is worth the practice! The flower is so beautiful! You can also try it with just one color. Here's how: Stamp #1, stamp off once for #2, and stamp off twice for #3.
I demonstrated this card, using Irrisistably Yours DSP (a Sale-A-Bration choice!). I used the InColor markers to color on the card stock, then wiped with a paper towel. Wherever it is embossed, the ink will not stick! Add some Hello Honey ribbon and attach to Tangelo Twist card stock.
It was a fun afternoon of stamping! AND the Badger boys basketball team won the Big 10 championship game. Woohoo!!
Happy Stamping!
Patrice
