TIPS:

-Use a hole punch on each side of the words so you can slip the ribbon behind the words.

TIP:

This technique is called Drapery Fold.  Cut a piece of Designer Paper 4” x 11 ½”.  Score at 3”, 4”, 6”, 7”, 9”, and 10”.  Then make a mark on the top left of the short side.  Cut from the 1” mark to the 3” mark.  Accordion fold the Designer Paper.

TIPS:

-The Designer Paper is 3” x 4”.  Score at 1” on the longer side.  Fold the 2 sides in until they meet in the middle and are lined up with the 1” score line.  

-Put adhesive on the 1” part of the paper.  Put the triangle where you want it on the front of the card, and then fold the 1” part to the back.

-Use a sticky note if you are trying to punch something and the card stock is too small.

TIP:

-Use a clothespin to hold the card stock when you are using the heat tool.

-Stamp the image with VersaMark on light colored card stock.  Then use white embossing powder to emboss the image.

-After you add ink on the card stock with the embossed images, use a paper towel to remove the excess ink off the embossed images.

You’re invited to a One Sheet Wonder class!  Come and make 14 cards with one sheet of Designer Paper and have fun.  I hope to see you there!

When: Wednesday, March 4, 2020, 5:30 pm

Where: Birchwood Highlands Fireside Room

What: Stamp 14 cards (all materials pre-cut!), Very Vanilla card stock for the inside of each card, an envelope for each card, directions for cutting your own sheet of Designer Paper, and pictures of each card with a list of supplies.

Cost: $20  This includes a certificate for $5 off or free shipping (your choice!) to use on your order at this class!

RSVP: Reservations must be received on or before Tuesday, March 3^rd.    Prepayment is appreciated.  Mail to Patrice.
