June 2015 Paper Pumpkin

The June Paper Pumpkin box (Happy Thoughts) has been sitting in my stamping room for a few days.  I finally took some time to play with it today!  I made one of each of the cards it gives directions for.  They are adorable cards, and if you use the supplies to just make those cards, you will have 8 fabulous cards!  But I wanted to play around a little more and see what else I could make.  I used a few extra supplies to make the cards below:
Ink- Calypso Coral, Bermuda Bay, Wild Wasabi
Paper- Bermuda Bay, Wild Wasabi
Accessories- stamping sponge, 3/4" circle punch, mini glue dots, a few extra envelopes

I wanted to see what I could come up with before I checked out Pinterest.  I hope you enjoy the 10 other cards I came up with!  It was fun to play around with the stickers, wood pennants, etc.

And the great thing is, I still have the stamp set and Tip Top Taupe mini ink pad to play with.  Or, I can get a refill of the supplies!

Would you like to join Paper Pumpkin?  Go to www.mypaperpumpkin.com and sign up today!  You'll get a box of stamping fun in your mailbox each month.  Want to skip a month?  No problem!  Just let Paper Pumpkin know by the 10th of the month.

Happy Stamping!

New Catalog Workshop June 2015

I used Mint Macaron Dotted Lace on the center of this card.  To make the fancy top of the Thank You I ran it through the Big Shot with a Floral Frames Framelit, using just the top portion.  And that Crumb Cake tag???  Made with the Triple Banner Punch.  What a great tool!

The Layered Letters stamp set was used to make the background of this card, with the Thank You layered on White Vellum card stock.  I love the Cucumber Crush and Soft Sky together!!

This make-n-take was a great way to learn/practice using the Heat and Stick powder.  Stamp the image in VersaMark, pour Heat and Stick on top and shake off the excess.  Heat the Heat and Sick powder, then pour glitter on top while it is still hot and sticky.  I always heat it again so the powder can melt a little more and the glitter gets some extra sticky!

The candles are made with a stamp from Build a Birthday, Cherry on Top DSP, and Cherry on Top washi tape.

The last make-n-take uses the Sprinkle of Life Ronald McDonald House Charities stamp set.  With each stamp set purchased, Stampin' Up will donate $3 to RMHC!  Plus, it's a great versatile set!  Pear Pizzazz and Soft Sky make the perfect color combo for a spring card!  And the Pear Pizzazz cotton ribbon is the icing on the cake!

Happy Stamping!
